Ingredients: tapioca starch (contains sodium disulfite E223), shrimp 10%, sugar, salt, garlic, flavor enhancer (E621), acidity regulator (E330), raising agent (E500ii).

Warning for allergy sufferers: the product contains shrimp and sulfite.

Instructions for preparation:

  • Baking in oil: Place the chips in cooking oil at a temperature of 170-190°C. Remove them quickly when the chips just start to turn yellow and swell.
  • Baking in a microwave oven: Use a microwave oven with a power of 600-1000 W and bake the chips for 40-60 seconds.
  • Cooking the soup: Boil 100 g of chips in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Then boil 400ml of hot soup and put it in a bowl with chips, meat, prawns, cuttlefish, shallot leaves, bean sprouts and add spices to taste.
