Instructions for use

For 2 persons

  • 2 tablespoons of Go-lan wok oil or sunflower oil
  • 200 g of chicken, pork, beef, fish or shrimp
  • 400 g of fresh vegetables of your choice
  • 1/3 bottle of Go-Tan Wok Sauce
  • Go-Tan Miehoen, Go-Tan Mie or rice.

Cut fresh vegetables, meat or fish to a maximum thickness of 1.5 cm and set aside.

Preparation

1. Heat the wok, add oil and fry the sliced meat or fish on all sides for 1 minute.
2. Fry the chopped vegetables, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes, until they are cooked
3. Add Go-Tan Wok sauce to taste and mix everything for a maximum of 1 min. heating without boiling.
4. Serve over Go-Tan Miehoen, Go-Tan Mie or rice.
