Wok chilli garlic sauce GO-TAN 240 ml
Ingredients: Water , garlic 11%, red pepper 8.6%, sunflower oil, onion, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), corn starch, rice vinegar, tomato, salt, fish sauce (extract from anchovies, sugar, salt), natural flavoring, black beans (soy), food acids (acetic acid, citric acid), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), color (paprika extract), oyster extract (mussel extract, salt, oysters, water, tapioca starch), vinegar, lemon juice concentrate

Instructions for use
For 2 persons
- 2 tablespoons of Go-lan wok oil or sunflower oil
- 200 g of chicken, pork, beef, fish or shrimp
- 400 g of fresh vegetables of your choice
- 1/3 bottle of Go-Tan Wok Sauce
- Go-Tan Miehoen, Go-Tan Mie or rice.
Cut fresh vegetables, meat or fish to a maximum thickness of 1.5 cm and set aside.
Preparation
1. Heat the wok, add oil and fry the sliced meat or fish on all sides for 1 minute.
2. Fry the chopped vegetables, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes, until they are cooked
3. Add Go-Tan Wok sauce to taste and mix everything for a maximum of 1 min. heating without boiling.
4. Serve over Go-Tan Miehoen, Go-Tan Mie or rice.
