Sushinori seaweed is commonly used in Japanese cuisine to make sushi rolls and other dishes. Sushinori seaweed is thin, dried and flattened seaweed that has a slightly salty and nutty flavor. It is made from a variety of seaweed called Porphyra tenera, which is a variety from the coasts of Japan, Korea and China.
