Tamari Soy Sauce is made only from soybean and salt, thus differs from other classic soy sauces Shoyu made from soybean and wheat. The paste of soybean and salt is fermented in a natural way, in wooden barrels. No colors, preservatives or flavor enhancers, which are commonly used in other soy sauce varieties, are added during the production. Compared with Shoyu, it has a darker color, expressive more salty flavor and contains more mineral and trace elements. It also contains a lot of  aminoacids and microorganisms, which are important for digestion. Tamari Soy Sauce is suitable for gluten free diet.

Volume: 250 ml.

Ingredients: water, soybean, salt, vinegar.
