Today we invite you on a unique taste journey with Spicy Singapore Noodles. This amazing recipe will immediately engulf you with its intense flavor and rich aromatics, and we are here to reveal every secret behind this gastronomic experience.
Ingredients:
We need:
- 300 g of baked rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion cut into thin slices
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into crescents
- 200 g tofu cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Cook the baked rice noodles according to package directions. Drain them and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add the crushed garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the onion, red pepper and carrot to the pan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the tofu. Cook until golden on all sides.

In a small bowl, whisk together the curry, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu and toss to coat evenly.

Add the cooked baked rice noodles to the pan and toss with the sauce and vegetables.

Stir in the bean sprouts and cook for another 1-2 minutes until slightly wilted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot and garnish with additional bean sprouts as desired.
