Nước Chấm, nuoc cham is a Vietnamese dipping sauce.
You can combine these with the Vietnamese pancake, spring rolls, summer rolls. Basically anything you want
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Fish sauce
Add yourself:
6 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1.5 tbsp Lime juice
1 clove of finely chopped Garlic
- 1 chili
Preparation method
- Mix water and sugar in a bowl. Optional: Heat 1/3 of the water, then mix to make the sugar dissolve more easily, then add the rest of the water.
- Gradually add lime or lemon juice until you like the taste. A good guideline is that it should taste like lemonade / lemonade.
- Add small amounts of fish sauce until you like the taste. It should be a bit strong in taste.
- Add garlic and chopped chili and dip!
