If you order goods that we have in stock before 12:00, the ordered goods will be delivered to you by a courier company within 72 hours (3 working days) throughout Europe. We can send the goods to you for the first lockable door (door to door) also cash on delivery only within Slovakia.

After sending the shipment, you will receive a shipment number and a link where you can track your shipment online with the option to set up a notification of a change in shipment status.

The price of standard delivery depends on the weight of the goods and the method of payment. Shipment weight - the transport weight of the goods, including packaging, may differ from the weight of the items in the order.

You can make payments for the goods in person at the store, by courier on cash on delivery, to the account in the classic way via a payment order or use the option Payments online via the 24-pay payment gateway.

Payment via the 24-pay payment gateway enables fast and secure card payments / support for 3D Secure security standards / and convenient bank transfers to the 9 largest banks, including the VIAMO payment option. The 24-pay payment gateway is regulated by the National Bank of Slovakia (Authorization number ODB-8835-5 / 2012.). After selecting the payment option, the customer is immediately redirected to the bank's website, where he makes the payment. Payment by card payment and immediate payments will take place immediately and the goods can be shipped to the customer very quickly.

We have launched a new method of transport for you - delivery to dispensing points. You have the free choice when choosing When and Where to pick up the shipment. From the offer of more than 600 dispensing points in Slovakia and 4,000 dispensing points in Europe, you will choose the one that suits you best.

How to do it?

• The ordered products are transported to the selected dispensing point of the Packeta network
• The goods will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest./ in the Czech and Austrian Republic 4
• At the time of shipment, information about the shipment is delivered to you by e-mail and the shipment number will be sent to you. You can then check online where your shipment is located here
• After delivery to the dispensing point, you will be informed by SMS and e-mail about the possibility of collection. You will receive a password to be picked up.
• The shipment will be at the dispensing point for collection for 7 calendar days
• The maximum value of the cash on delivery order is € 700
