So, if someone prefers certain foods, tastes or colors, it means that the element is weakened and should be cared for. Then it is good to stop burdening the element with poor quality food and replace it with quality food according to the five elements. The given element strengthens, there is a balance between the individual elements, the energies in the body begin to flow and we will feel healthy and vital.
