Ingredients : Black bean flour, salt, garlic puree (2.5%), green chili paste, rice flour, coconut oil, baking powder (calcium oxide).

Cooking tips:

Frying:

  1. Heat 2 to 4 cm of vegetable oil in a pan. (Check the temperature of the oil with a small piece of pappadum: if it swells immediately, the oil is at the right temperature).
  2. Cook each papadam individually for 2-3 seconds: it should puff up immediately.
  3. Pull it out using pliers.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and then serve.

Microwave oven - 800 W:

  1. Brush the papadam on both sides with a little vegetable oil.
  2. Place the papadam in the microwave and cover with a paper towel.
