CJ Bibigo's delicious chicken and vegetable dumplings are made with fresh chicken, tender tofu,fragrant leeks and onions, wrapped in a thin and chewy wrapper. The thin coating, 0.7 mm thick, made from an optimal combination of flour and starch, gives the dumplings a crispy texture when baked in a pan. Fresh chicken and fragrant ginger give the dumplings a special taste of Japan

Ingredients: Wheat flour, white cabbage (21%), chicken (20%), onion (12%). Instructions for preparation:

Before preparation, let the gyoza thaw at room temperature for about 3 hours or you can thaw it in the microwave using the defrost mode.

Cooking in a pan:

  • Put a sufficient amount of oil in the pan and preheat it for about 1 minute on medium heat.
  • Place the thawed Bibigo Gyoza on the heated pan and cook for about 7 minutes and 30 seconds, turning to prevent burning over medium heat.
  • If you want to enjoy it more crispy, cook for about 30 seconds more
