Instructions for cooking sticky rice
1. Place 2 cups of sticky rice in a large bowl. Add 6 cups cold water. Let it soak for at least 8 to 24 hours. For faster preparation, soak in hot water for 3 hours
2. Drain the rice and put it in the steamer. Cook for 25 minutes until the rice is soft
3. After the cooking process, you will have 4 1/2 cups of delicious sticky rice. Place the cooked rice in a bamboo basket or bowl covered with a cloth to keep it warm and not dry out.
