Use: Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 package of seasoning paste for Cantonese fried noodles Chow Mein 50g
  • 3 spoons of vegetable oil
  • 200g dried egg noodles (follow package instructions to soften noodles)
  • 200 g of chopped meat or seafood (shrimp, calamari or mussels)
  • 100 g of a combination of grated cabbage and carrots, thinly sliced spring onions or strips of red chilli as garnish.

Approach:

  1. In a non-stick wok, heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add meat or seafood and vegetables: stir-fry for 3 minutes
  3. Add noodles and spice paste, stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked
