The pack contains 20 patches that simply tear off the pad and stick to the sore spot. For smaller areas, such as headaches, cut the patches into smaller pieces and stick them on the temples of the head and between the eyebrows or forehead. Leave on for a few hours (8 hours recommended) and re-stick if necessary. Do not use more than 3 patches in 1 day. If the patch does not help 7 days a week, seek medical help.
