Ingredients: Chili, lemongrass, garlic, salt, galangal, shallot, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), kaffir lime peel, cumin powder.

Instructions for use (4 servings): Heat 1 cup of coconut milk (240 ml) together with the curry paste and stir until the oil appears. Add 250g diced beef or chicken and simmer until done. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water and continue cooking. Add the aubergine, cherry tomatoes, basil and chilli and cook until cooked. Season with fish sauce. Serve with boiled rice.

Tip: For a tastier, creamier and thicker curry, replace the water with coconut milk or milk.
