Instructions for preparing 2 portions

  • Soak 120g of rice noodles or glass noodles. Once softened, drain and set aside.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan or wok. Fry 100g of shrimp and 100g of chopped tofu.
  • Add 1 egg and pad thai paste. Add the noodles and stir until cooked.
  • You can add a little water so that they are not too dry
  • Add 100g bean sprouts and 3 chives cut into pieces. Cook for another minute.
  • Divide into 2 portions and sprinkle with roasted peanuts
