Ingredients for preparation (1 portion):
- 500 ml of boiling water,
- 150 g of fresh wide rice noodles or
- 75 g dried wide rice noodles,
- 1 cube Pho Bo pepper,
- 100 g beef cut into thin slices,
- Some vegetables: soybean sprouts, coriander, Thai basil
Cooking process.
If using fresh rice noodles
- Add one cube of Pho Bo spice to 500 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes.
- Add the beef and rice noodles to the pot and cook for another 1 minute and you can serve with vegetables.
If using dried rice noodles
- Soak 75 g of dried rice noodles in water for 10 minutes. (in the end it will weigh 150 g)
- Add one cube of Pho Bo spice to 500 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes.
- After step 2 is done, you can add the noodles, beef and let it cook for 1 more minute.
- you can serve with vegetables.
The soup is ready.
