Ingredients for preparation (1 portion):

  • 500 ml of boiling water,
  • 150 g of fresh wide rice noodles or
  • 75 g dried wide rice noodles,
  • 1 cube Pho Bo pepper,
  • 100 g beef cut into thin slices,
  • Some vegetables: soybean sprouts, coriander, Thai basil

Cooking process.

If using fresh rice noodles

  1. Add one cube of Pho Bo spice to 500 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the beef and rice noodles to the pot and cook for another 1 minute and you can serve with vegetables.

If using dried rice noodles

  1. Soak 75 g of dried rice noodles in water for 10 minutes. (in the end it will weigh 150 g)
  2. Add one cube of Pho Bo spice to 500 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes.
  3. After step 2 is done, you can add the noodles, beef and let it cook for 1 more minute.
  4. you can serve with vegetables.

The soup is ready.
