Kewpie mayonnaise has a richer, creamier taste than regular mayonnaise. A very popular ingredient in Japanese cuisine. It is used in almost all cooking methods, such as yakisoba, okonomiyaki and takoyaki toppings, kara-age sauce and butter or oil substitutes for frying vegetables, meat and seafood, salads and sushi.
Ingredients: Vegetable (soy, rapeseed) oil (70 96), egg yolk (14%), wine vinegar (barley), salt, pepper (mustard). flavoring (E621), root extract (mustard).
