These green tea crops are harvested at Dong Son towards the end of the winter, an ideal season for producing green tea. These plants are grown slower in cooler weather and therefore their leaves are smaller.
Preparation: Pour 150 ml of boiling water into a teapot with approx. 5-8 g of tea, let it infuse for 3 min.
