Cooking instructions (1 portion:

• Place 3.5 ounces (100 g) of noodles in 4 cups of boiling water
• Cook for about 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook
• Rinse with cold water and drain
• Serve with prepared anchovy soup garnished with boiled egg, cucumber, etc
