Instructions for preparation:

  • For the fried noodles: Heat the water to 100°C, then pour the hot water into the container, let the rice noodles soak in the hot water for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. rinse the rice noodles with cold water or tap water for 1 minute, drain and then use for frying.
