Gimbap (김밥)/ Kimbap is a popular Korean dish consisting of boiled rice, vegetables, meat (usually boiled beef or ham) and sometimes eggs and pickled radish, all rolled in a sheet of fried seaweed called gim (김). It is similar to Japanese sushi rolls, but with different fillings and often served in larger portions.
