Instructions for preparation

Ingredients for 2-3 people:

  • 1 bag of spices for Kimchi soup
  • 500 ml of water
  • 150 g seafood or chicken or beef (sliced)
  • 100 g of Chinese cabbage or Kimchi
  • 1 small diced onion
  • Chopped spring onion for decoration

Preparation:

  • Bring the water to a boil and add the onion and pepper paste. Mix well.
  • Add the meat and cabbage or Kimchi and bring everything to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 5 minutes until cooked. Garnish and serve hot.

Tip: You can substitute seafood or meat with tofu.
