Ingredients: Salt, flavor enhancers E621, E635, maltodextrin, potato starch, dried chicken powder 6%, lactose from milk, sugar, chicken fat, 1.5%, soy sauce ( soy, wheat, maltodextrin, salt), yeast extract, flavors, white pepper, ginger powder.

Usage Instructions:
1. Soup Stock - 1l Soup: 20g Amoy chicken powder
2. Stir-Fry - 600g Ingredients: 1 tsp Amoy chicken powder
3. Dumpling Fillings - 600g Fillings: 3 tsp Amoy chicken powder
Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into thin strips
- 2 different coloured peppers, de-seeded and sliced
- 150g baby corn, cut in halves
- 150g mangetout, cut in halves
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Amoy chicken powder
- 4 tbsp water
Cooking Methods:
1. Mix the Amoy chicken powder and 3 tbsp water. Then add the chicken strips and coat well. Cover and marinate for 10-15 minutes
2. Heat a wok or frying pan over high heat and add the oil. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes, until just tender. Serve immediately with rice or noodles
