Cooking instructions:

  • Rinse the rice lightly until the water is clear enough and drain
  • For every cup of rice, add 1 1/4 cups of water
  • Bring the rice to a boil over high heat. After cooking, turn off the heat and let it stand for 1 minute
  • Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
