Cooking method:  Put somen noodles in boiling water and add a little salt. Continue cooking for 3 minutes. Place it in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain the water completely. Serve with prepared anchovy soup garnished with a boiled egg, or pour a mixture of bibim sauce (hot bean paste mixed with sesame oil, sugar, garlic and vinegar) on the prepared noodles and mix well.
