Fish broth with soy sauce (Hon Tsuyu non-gmo) KIKKOMAN 300 ml. Hon Tsuyu is extracted bonito and Japanese sardine niboshi oil mixed with soy sauce. It is used as a soup base for noodles such as Udon, Ramen, Soba and Somen.

Ingredients : fish stock (42%) (water, dried fish), soy sauce (19%) (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), water, sugar, salt, flavor enhancer: E621, ethyl alcohol seaweed extract (water , dried seaweed, salt, ethyl alcohol), flavor enhancer: E631 and E627, acidity regulator: E270.
