This sake is a self-proclaimed "perfect Ginjo for food" and is great as an accompaniment to cold appetizers, such as shrimp cocktail, and can then be warmed to room temperature and served with a main course, such as risotto. It has a delicate aroma of dried fruit, nutmeg and banana. Its taste is light and dry with notes of dried pineapple and Ginjo melon.
