Tikka Masala is one of the most famous dishes of Indian cuisine and very popular worldwide. Indian Tikka Masala paste without the addition of any flavor enhancers, preservatives, with a perfectly balanced spice, but a gentle mixture of herbs and spices from tomatoes, ginger, cloves and turmeric has an authentic Indian taste. This dish is best served with Basmati rice or naan.

Ingredients: Tomato paste, soybean oil, distilled vinegar, onion, salt, ginger, garlic, coriander, red chili, fenugreek, cumin, herbs and spices, color: paprika extract, turmeric oleoresins (contains color: curcumin).

Indian Tikka Masala:

  • 450 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 spoons of yogurt or cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
  • 1 large onion, roughly chopped
  • 110 ml water, double cream or yogurt for baking (optional).

Preparation:

  1. Soak the meat for 10 minutes in a seasoning paste mixed with loghurt and cream.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Stirring constantly, fry the onion pieces until soft.
  3. Add the meat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes Stir-fry. Add water and bring to a boil. Let it all simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked.
  4. Serve hot with nan bread or rice.
