Usage: Ingredients (3 servings):
- 1 packet Spice Paste for Singapore Laksa
- 2 spoons of vegetable oil
- 250g of boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 330 ml of coconut milk
- 220 ml of water
- 125g rice noodles, egg noodles or Hokkien noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 100g bean sprouts (blanched) drained) as decoration
Approach:
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add meat and spice paste, stir for 3 minutes.
- Stir in coconut milk and water, simmer uncovered over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over noodles, garnish with bean sprouts and chicken strips.
