Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, lactose, brown sugar, preserved lemons 5% (lemons, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), modified tapioca starch, acidity regulator: malic acid, salt.

Nutritional values / 100g of product: Energy 1310kJ / 313kcal, fats <0.5g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.4g, carbohydrates 76g of which sugars 59g, proteins <0.5g, salt 1.2g

Use: Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 1 package of lemon sauce for lemon chicken (chicken in lemon sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 450 g of chicken cut into cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) cornmeal
  • vegetable oil for frying

Approach:

  1. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg. Place the meat and cornmeal in a plastic bag. Shake the bag to coat the meat.
  2. Fry or cook the meat in a deep fryer and set aside.
  3. Mix the sauce with water and pour the sauce over the meat. Garnish and serve hot.
