Ingredients: Soybean oil, distilled vinegar, garlic, salt, ginger, ground pepper, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, herbs and spices, red chili, sesame oil, black pepper.
Nutritional values / 100g of product: Energy 1070kJ / 256kcal, fats 22g, of which saturated fatty acids 3.4g, carbohydrates 8.6g, of which sugars 4.2g, proteins 3.7g, salt 9.2g.
Warning for allergy sufferers: The product contains soy, sesame
Usage: Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 package Indian Tandoori Tikka Marinade
- 450 g boneless skinless chicken or lamb, cut into 2 cm cubes
- 55-110 ml of whipped white yogurt
- butter for basting
- sliced lemon and/or lettuce as a garnish (optional).
Approach:
1. Marinate the meat with marinade and yogurt. Cover and leave for 1 hour or more.
2. Pierce the meat on wooden or metal skewers,
3. Grill for 8-10 minutes, basting at least twice with butter and remaining marinade. Turn the skewers occasionally, decorate and serve hot.
